As the year 2020 drew to a close, the Android gaming market in Europe saw a variety of trends among zombie-themed games. Data from Sensor Tower provides a glimpse into the performance of these games during the fourth quarter of 2020.

State of Survival: Zombie War, published by FunPlus International AG, experienced a revenue trend that peaked at $2.1M in the week of December 21, before closing the quarter with $1.9M. Downloads surged from 150K in mid-October to nearly 300K by the end of December. Weekly active users also followed an upward trajectory, ending the year with 1.8M.

Mobigame SAS's Zombie Tsunami, while having modest revenue figures, saw consistent download numbers, peaking at over 170K in the final weeks of December. The game also maintained a strong user base, ending the quarter with more than 2M weekly active users.

The newcomer Puzzles & Survival, released by 37GAMES, showed impressive growth in revenue, reaching $317K in the final week of December. Downloads for the game peaked at 195K in late October, with weekly active users seeing a significant rise to 225K by the end of the quarter.
